You'll Deal With the Owner

I'm Boris Belousov, owner of Goldmark Builders. I do the walkthrough, write the estimate, pull the permits, talk to the inspector and check the finished work myself. If something goes wrong, you call me, not an office.

I hold the Minnesota residential contractor license, a water damage restoration certification and EPA Lead-Safe certification, and I'm also a licensed real estate agent, which helps when you're fixing a house to sell it.

  • Insurance claims. We document damage and work with your adjuster on fire and water losses.
